Sometimes we can be our own worst critic, right? We put ourselves down, we think we’re not doing enough, we think…when will things get better? Add a pandemic on top of that and our mind starts racing!

I can relate! I recently started a new job (woop woop!) and I had all of the new job anxiety! Girl, my stomach kept dropping from nerves, I was snappy towards my loved ones, and just stressed out. I was supposed to be happy and celebrating! Listen in to how I overcame the anxiety and tapped in to my greatness. In this episode I have GIRL TALK about how to have more self-compassion!   1. Not only are you ‘Special,’ you are ‘AWESOME!’ I think this was my favorite episodes (hard to tell, you have so many good ones), I just loved it! I didn’t think you could ‘teach an ol’ girl new tricks but I found this entire message encouraging. I laughed but even joined in your 3-2-1 meditating exercise. I see you climbing up the stairs of success, keep ‘tappin’ in’ to your greatness, you’re destined to arrive!!! Love you!!
