The KJLH Women’s Health Expo will be held Saturday, May 4th, at the Long Beach Convention Center with the focus being “The Power of Self Care.” Radio and TV personality, Nautica de la Cruz, is one of the hosts of the expo so I had to have her on my podcast for some girl talk about the event!

Nautica is also my mentor and has been in the radio business for 23 years so of course we discussed her successful career.  She dropped so many gems about being a woman in a male-dominated industry,  the importance of mentoring, how to negotiate contracts, and how to be your best self.
