Remembering The Notorious B.I.G. (1972-1997)

“It was all a dream…” I wish I could say that was true when news broke out that East Coast rapper, Notorious B.I.G. was pronounced dead  15 years ago today. Unfortunately, his death is still an unsolved mystery and a suspect has not been identified in the investigation. He was 24.

Notorious B.I.G. only had two studio albums… Ready to Die (1994) and  Life After Death (1997; which was released a couple weeks after his death) but he is still credited as one of the greatest rap artists ever! Can we even say that about any current rapper? I’m just sayin. He dropped classics such as “Hypnotize” “Mo Money Mo Problems” and “Juicy.”

Today, radio stations all over remember The Notorious B.I.G….gone, but NEVER forgotten!

Check him out performing live!

The music industry misses you.

“Sky is the limit and you know that you keep on  Just keep on pressin on  Sky is the limit and you know that you can have  what you want, be what you want, have what you want, be what you want” Sky’s The Limit (on of my favorites)

What is your favorite song by the artist? Feel free to leave your thoughts and memories.
