Janelle Monáe released her video for Electric Lady which features cameos from Monica, T.I., T-Boz, Estelle, Esperanza Spalding,  choreographer Fatima Robinson, and more!  The Greek style video also includes a marching band, step teams, and an overall college themed party.

Of course she’s wearing her black and white but she let her hair down, revealing her beautiful curly afro! No pompadours in this video!

Electric Lady happens to be my favorite song from her album of the same title. It’s an upbeat, feel good track so watch the video and “shock it, shake it baby!”
