The 2013 Billboard Music Awards was pure entertainment! I enjoyed the music and had random thoughts during the show. Here are a few of my observations:

When did Psy become a rap artist? Or is pop rap now? Someone please explain!

Did Carly Rae Jepsen tell her man to go sit down while he was walking her up to the stage? lol.

I wonder if Kidd Rock was talking about C-Breezy when he said, “Let’s give it up for people lip-synching under pre-recorded music.” Chris Brown didn’t sound his best tonight…but maybe he was sick? Or partied hard…come on, they’re in VEGAS!

Justin Bieber really likes those pants. I think I’ve seen him perform in that outfit a few times.

Madonna better werk!

Miguel, get it together! He should have had a trampoline to help him jump farther. He fell and his private parts landed right in an audience member’s face. OUCH! Or ooooh? You decide. Here’s the clip.

Does J-Lo age? Go “Fly girl!”

I think Nicki Minaj’s butt waved hello to the audience during her lap dance performance.

I was sooo happy to see Janelle Monae and Erykah Badu walk out to their song, “Q.U.E.E.N.” and then introduce Prince.

Why is Prince just now presented with an Icon Award? Long overdue! Sidenote: The afro was FLY! 😉
